Our Approach

Inside Out Group Coaching is more than an 8-week program—it is an intentional journey of identity development, personal growth, and transformation.

Our goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where students are encouraged to step outside of the box they have been placed in and begin discovering who they are while envisioning who they are becoming. Throughout the eight weeks, Future Leaders will be challenged to renew the way they think, see themselves, and respond to the world around them.

Each week focuses on a different area of personal development, including self-awareness, emotional regulation, communication, confidence, accountability, decision-making, and goal setting. Rather than simply learning these concepts, students actively practice them through interactive coaching experiences designed for every type of learner.

Sessions are intentionally designed to include movement, hands-on activities, reflection, discussion, journaling, and real-life application so students aren't just hearing information—they are experiencing transformation.
