The Inside Out Journey

8-Week Program | Mind, Body, & Soul

Our Group Coaching: Personal Development program is an 8-week journey focused on helping teens build self-awareness, confidence, and emotional resilience in a supportive group setting. Each week, participants explore meaningful topics such as self-awareness, identity (“Who am I?”), goal setting, accountability, emotional intelligence, communication, mindset, and the power of words.

Through guided discussions, interactive group activities, and reflection, teens learn practical tools they can apply to everyday life — at school, at home, and within themselves. This program emphasizes peer connection, allowing teens to learn from one another while realizing they are not alone in their experiences.

The goal of this program is for teens to walk away with a stronger sense of self, improved emotional awareness, and the confidence to show up authentically in their lives

The Inside Out Journey is an 8-week holistic program that combines personal development coaching with nutrition education to support the whole teen — mind, body, and soul. While exploring many of the same personal growth topics as our Group Coaching program, this journey goes deeper by helping teens understand how nutrition impacts their energy, emotions, focus, and overall well-being.

Participants receive an Inside Out Journal, which serves as a personal space to:

  • Track meals and eating habits

  • Reflect on emotions and mindset

  • Document weekly growth and changes in energy and mood

Throughout the program, teens are encouraged to notice how nourishing their bodies supports emotional regulation, confidence, and mental clarity. This is not about dieting or restriction — it’s about awareness, balance, and learning to care for oneself from the inside out.

The Inside Out Journey empowers teens to build healthier relationships with food, emotions, and themselves.

Real Talk Thursdays

Ongoing Community Space

Real Talk Thursdays are designed as an open, judgment-free space where teens can show up exactly as they are. This program centers around honest conversations, peer connection, and mentorship — creating room for teens to talk about what’s really going on in their lives.

There is no pressure to “have it all together.” Instead, teens are encouraged to listen, share (if they choose), and build community in a safe and supportive environment. Topics may include friendships, school stress, identity, family dynamics, emotions, confidence, and life transitions.

Real Talk Thursdays help teens feel seen, heard, and supported while learning the power of communication, connection, and community.

One-on-One Coaching

Virtual & In-Person Sessions Available

Our One-on-One Coaching sessions provide personalized support tailored to each teen’s unique needs. These sessions are offered virtually and in person and are designed to support teens navigating academic challenges, emotional struggles, confidence building, goal setting, and personal development.

Through individualized coaching, teens receive focused guidance, encouragement, and practical tools that help them work through challenges at their own pace. Sessions are customized to address what each teen is experiencing — whether that’s school-related stress, emotional regulation, self-esteem, or personal growth.

One-on-one coaching creates a safe, supportive space for teens to feel heard and empowered while building skills that support long-term success.
